Items purchased from San Souci are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping charges: Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.
- DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please fill out 'Return Form' below and contact customer service immediately.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Sans Souci hang tags, attached.
- Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, ear cuffs, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
- All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- After Sans Souci reviews your return request, Sans Souci will issue a prepaid return shipping label.
- Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
- Drop off at your nearest post office location.
