RETURN POLICY

Items purchased from San Souci are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.

EXCEPTIONS:

Shipping charges: Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

  • DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please fill out 'Return Form' below and contact customer service immediately.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Sans Souci hang tags, attached.
  • Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, ear cuffs, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
  • All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.

U.S. RETURNS

Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. If you have an account, log into your account. If you don’t have an account and checked out as a guest, please review your order or item(s) you would like to return.
  2. Please fill out 'Return Form' below.
  3. Please note that returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  4. After Sans Souci reviews your return request, Sans Souci will issue a prepaid return shipping label.
  5. Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
  6. Drop off at your nearest post office location.

(Note: Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.)
